This is where a person sits in a dry heat sauna for 5 to 10 minutes at a time to sweat all the drug residuals out of your body. This goes on anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks depending on the person and each drug case. This is a very important part of the program because after all of the residuals are out of the body, the physical cravings will be completely eliminated.
After sauna there are 6 more courses to go through until the program is completed. These courses help improve a person and how they communicate and interact with others. There is also a course on how to handle and confront past and present issues. Sometimes these issues have caused a person to use and continue to use.
